Welcome to Ziphii (“Ziphii”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Ziphii is a Software-as-an-Experience (SaaX) platform that enables individuals, businesses, and organizations to manage digital work and life through apps, communities, and AI-powered tools. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ziphii's websites, applications, services, and features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Ziphii, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Ziphii.
- If you are using Ziphii on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Accounts and Access
- To use most Services, you must create a Ziphii account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and activity under your account.
- Users are identified by Hub IDs and may belong to different Spaces and Audience Groups.
Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Use Ziphii for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- Misuse or disrupt our systems, APIs, or integrations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.
- Copy, resell, or exploit Ziphii except as expressly permitted.
Content
- Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or publish on Ziphii. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it to provide our Services.
- Ziphii Content: Our software, logos, designs, and intellectual property remain owned by us and our licensors. You may not copy or use them outside Ziphii without written permission.
Payments
- Some Services (including Zeaps, subscriptions, and commerce features) require payment.
- Payments are processed through integrated providers. You authorize us and our partners to handle transactions securely.
- Cashback, loyalty, or rewards features (if enabled) are subject to additional terms.
AI Features
- Ziphii may include AI-powered tools (e.g., Zeon assistant, Zii discovery agent, Zeon Avatars).
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and relying on any AI-generated content.
- Do not use AI features for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to Ziphii if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse or abuse our Services.
- Required by law or regulatory reasons.
You may also close your account at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Ziphii is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziphii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ziphii harmless from claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ziphii after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
